As per news on msnbc There was one winning ticket for the $314.3 millon Poweball lottery prize and it was sold in Indiana-Ohio state mentioned the officials and still no one has come forward to claim the prize.

Many times people buy the tickets in advance and never forget where they had the ticket or sometimes even forget when the draw for that ticket might be due to the fact they had loss hundreds in the past by buying lottery tickets.
